How can we better convey the value of our fishermen’s products to consumers?
Padobox aims to provide fishermen with higher margins and consumers with lower prices for fresher products. They approached us to explore effective ways to communicate this value.
They aim to leverage community features to enhance the visibility and perceived value of their business to consumers.
Interactive Product Discovery
Users can find product items embedded within posts on the news feed related to fishing activities. This enables them to interact and engage with other fan groups who are supporting the fishermen, enhancing the community feel.
Rich Content on Product Pages
The product pages not only showcase the items but also provide a wealth of related content such as fishing updates, cooking tips, and fish preparation techniques, all contributed by fishermen and community members.
Custom Curation by Admins
Content quality is managed through a structure that allows custom curation by fishermen and administrators, ensuring that all shared information meets community standards.
Enhanced User Interaction
Beyond typical commerce interactions, the platform facilitates community-wide discussions through reviews and Q&As on product pages, turning them into boards open for all members to participate.
Post-Purchase Engagement
After placing an order, users can access comments from the captain with recipes and preparation tips directly from their order history, maintaining engagement even after the sale.
